SHOPDECENT OFFERS A FULL 30 DAY RETURN FROM ORDER DATE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR ALL PRODUCTS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING.

You may return your fully functional and undamaged product for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping and handling will not be covered -- you are responsible for all return costs.

All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us at support@shopdecent.comBasically, if you simply send a product back without contacting us, we cannot facilitate a corresponding return.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to ShopDecent. The refund is calculated as such: Customer total order minus Standard Shipping rate (if applied) minus a 15% restocking fee.

After processing, refunds take 5-10 business days to post in the customer's account. Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you find that you have received a ShopDecent product that is damaged, and contact us within 7 days of receipt, you will be eligible for a full refund and will not have to pay shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
