What are your shipping and processing times?
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, Your order will be shipped out according to your shipping method you choose at the time of checkout.
USA, Canada, Australia and Europe orders usually take between 7 to 14 days to arrive at their destination but could take longer from time to time.
All internationals orders takes about 15 to 30 Days to arrive at their location but could take longer from time to time.
USA: 5-10 days
Canada, Australia: 7-12 days
UK, Germany : 6-10 days

Orders can sometimes take 3-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive. ShopDecent does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen but we will work with you to resolve any situation.

You may return your fully functional and undamaged product for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping and handling will not be covered -- you are responsible for all return costs.
All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us at email@example.com. Basically, if you simply send a product back without contacting us, we cannot facilitate a corresponding return.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to ShopDecent. The refund is calculated as such: Customer total order minus Standard Shipping rate (if applied) minus a 15% restocking fee.
After processing, refunds take 5-10 business days to post in the customer's account. Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you find that you have received a ShopDecent product that is damaged, and contact us within 7 days of receipt, you will be eligible for a full refund and will not have to pay shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
